I have a 'no boy rule' for my bbm. What's great/sucks about bbm is that you can actually see when the person reads/receives the message! Which up's the anxiety factor ten fold, I think. Even for the most laid-back people like myself. Especially if you're dating....It's just a no win: you send a message to a boy, some time passes and then you start to wonder what he's doing and why he hasn't checked his phone, OR you see that he receives the message, and then analyze every second that passes until replies... I'll take my regular sms texting with a side of mild "He's probably just driving through a zone where cell phones automatically shut-down for hours" ignorance. thankyouverymuch. :) Good call on the bbm.
